Well I have seen duane chapman and his show dog the bounty hunter. I think it is cool but I dont think its always that easy to apprehend someone who skipped out on paying back the system. because not every fugitive is going to give them selves up without a fight... cause nobody wants to end up back in jail if they just got out.
