have aloha and the giving back to the community

i see what you are saying I was married to a hawaiian for 13 yrs and lived in hawaii for 7 of those 13 yrs he has what they over in hawaii have aloha and the giving back to the community there he also is genuwine in his attemps to be helpful to those in a time of need but you and i know you can not help every individual out there. He is a a little glamorized but as you see hes about his family and is from what i see a good natuyred guy in his attemps to do his job hes doing both bounty and bonds for this hes double dippen so it bewhoves him to do what he can to help them for his investment is both the bond and the bounty and just makes good business sense to have that rep out there on the streets to be approachable and to be known to be able to work with but not to be walked over too . since im emailing you im in fayetteville nc im a former SSG/E-6 infantry 82nd Airborn and there is no offices in this town for fugitive recovery and no one can seem to tell me the regulations on opening a office here in this town if you could i would appriciate it if you could give me any info on this or contack me. I just got home from Iraq as a civilian contractor as securities and supervisor of a major contract in kuwait and iraq im an ex ranger and been through special ops training and worked for hurst and rolfingmeier in chicago i have the back ground for this and the street smarts to do this business and looking to be asset to this community in this arena of work thanks for your time and hope i could awnser all the qs you had.
